Grocery Warehouse Manager Responsibilities:

  • In charge of the entire operation
  • Directly supervises, oversees, guides, coach, and mentor a team
  • Build genuine guest connections and develop strong business relationships
  • Community-focused
  • Strong communication skills as well as ensure compliance with corporate offices


Grocery Warehouse Manager Qualifications:

  • Positive leadership with a people first mentality
  • 5+ years in grocery warehouse management experience required
  • Background in P&L, inventory control, hiring / training staff, merchandising, cash control, payroll, security / loss prevention
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Grocery Warehouse Manager Benefits:

  • Salary $90-95k
  • Bonus eligibility up to $40k annually
