Full job description

We're seeking a motivated Paid Media Specialist to join a growing nightlife and live events company producing nationally touring entertainment experiences. This role will help build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns supporting 100+ shows each month, working closely with Marketing and Social Media teams to drive ticket sales, reach new audiences, and grow multiple event brands nationwide.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in New York City, with three days per week in a Williamsburg, Brooklyn office. Candidates must be based in the NYC metro area and able to commute to the office.

Paid Media Specialist Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns for 100+ upcoming live events each month using Meta Ads Manager.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions based on ROAS, CTR, CPR, and other key performance metrics.
  • Manage paid advertising across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google.
  • Test and optimize creative, copy, audiences, targeting, and campaign strategies to improve ticket sales and overall performance.
  • Collaborate with Social Media and Marketing teams to brainstorm and develop compelling advertising creative.
  • Create and edit static and video assets using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar creative tools.
  • Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize pixels, ticketing integrations, and other tracking sources to ensure accurate attribution and reporting.
  • Analyze campaign results and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance across a high volume of live events.
  • Stay current on paid media trends, platform updates, and emerging strategies within music, nightlife, entertainment, and live events.
  • Help develop new approaches for reaching audiences and growing nationally touring entertainment brands.

Paid Media Specialist Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience building and managing digital advertising campaigns; relevant internship experience will be considered.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and familiarity with paid social campaign setup, management, and optimization.
  • Understanding of digital advertising metrics including ROAS, CTR, CPR, conversions, and campaign efficiency.
  • Experience creating and executing both static and video advertising creative.
  • Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar creative platforms.
  • Experience with TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, pixels, tracking, or ticketing platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use campaign data to make informed optimization decisions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy while managing a high volume of campaigns.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with creative, social media, and marketing teams.
  • Passion for music, pop culture, nightlife, and live events.
  • A unique perspective on how paid media can engage audiences within music and entertainment.
  • Enthusiasm for a variety of music and entertainment communities is a plus.
