Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Texas Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Home Health experience required, preferably geriatric home health setting. Experience with home health EMR systems. Experience with HCHB is preferred. Reliable transportation with expected mileage approximately 250 miles per week. Ability to cover territory including Tyler, Longview, and Marshall. Floating to other nearby locations may be required. Weekend rotation: No. On call: No.
