What We Offer:

As an Operating Room RN at Novant Health’s Ballantyne Medical Center, you’ll be trusted to deliver expert care to our patients during surgery. From circulating, equipment set up, and managing the OR, your clinical skill, judgment, and adaptability will help drive safe, compassionate care where it matters most.

This PRN role is ideal for experienced OR RNs looking to work within a high-performing, collaborative team with exposure to a wide range of surgeries.

What We're Looking For:
  • Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
  • Experience: One year relevant experience, preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.

transition.

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals facing urgent and emergent medical needs

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, treat, and stabilize patients

• Respond quickly and effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment

• Prioritize patient safety and comfort during every phase of care

• Use critical thinking and clinical judgement to support positive outcomes
