Full job description
Direct Hire Maintenance Technician
Location: Bloomingdale, GA
Pay: $65,000 - $75,000/year
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 4:30pm- 2AM shift.
Manpower is partnering with a growing manufacturing company in the Bloomingdale, GA area to hire an experienced Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity on first shift. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable organization where you'll play a key role in maintaining production equipment, automated systems, and facility operations while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring maximum equipment uptime and supporting preventative and predictive maintenance programs throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, including:
o Robotic cells
o Presses
o Vision systems
o Laser welding equipment
o Electrical and pneumatic systems
o Sensors and automated manufacturing equipment
• Perform and support preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Partner with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to prioritize maintenance needs.
• Ensure compliance with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and all safety standards.
• Analyze equipment downtime and assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for maintenance-related services and materials.
• Support maintenance documentation, work orders, and equipment records.
• Assist with new equipment installations, commissioning, and process improvement projects.
• Participate in daily production meetings and communicate maintenance priorities and equipment status.
