Registered Nurse – Skilled Nursing Facility

Rochester Manor, a Genesis HealthCare skilled nursing and rehab center in Rochester, PA, seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide clinical care, coordinate treatment plans, and support residents’ recovery and quality of life. The RN will complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor conditions, document in EMRs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. You’ll mentor CNAs, educate residents and families, uphold infection control and safety standards, and contribute to quality improvement while growing your skills in a supportive, resident-centered environment.
