In this role, you will analyze plans and specifications, prepare detailed estimates, and develop competitive bids for power delivery, renewables, oil and gas, and communications work. You’ll collaborate closely with project managers, engineering, procurement, and field teams to validate scopes, assess risks, and optimize project costs.
