CenterWell Home Health seeks a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver in-home therapeutic care. Under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you’ll implement treatment plans, assist with mobility and strength training, educate patients and caregivers, and accurately document progress.
