Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Experience in skilled nursing and long term care
- Experience with Nethealth and PCC
Assignment Details
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Patient population includes short term and long term care
- Productivity expectation: 85%
