Pay Rate: $18.00/Hour

We're hiring Production Associates - Metal Assembly to support a busy manufacturing operation. In this role, you'll load metal components into fixtures, help prepare parts for welding, inspect finished pieces, and keep production moving efficiently.

Hands-On Work You'll Enjoy

• Loading metal parts into production fixtures
• Positioning components for the welding process
• Removing completed assemblies and preparing them for the next stage of production
• Performing visual quality inspections
• Using basic hand tools and production equipment
• Organizing materials and supporting production flow
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production goals
