Manufacturing Associate - Bindery/Finishing

TKC – Kodi Collective LLC seeks a Manufacturing Associate – Bindery/Finishing to support secure production for government and defense clients. In this role, you will set up, operate, and monitor bindery and finishing equipment, ensuring high-quality, accurate output that meets strict specifications and security standards. You’ll perform basic maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and document work in production systems. Working in a tech-forward, collaborative environment, you’ll partner with engineering and IT teams, follow safety and compliance procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement across the production process.
