Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver hands-on, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic activities and ADL training, and promote safety and independence. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in a nurturing, high-quality care environment that supports professional growth and meaningful patient outcomes.
