3rd Shift Packer - New Albany
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a 3rd Shift Packer to work with Bright International in New Albany. This full-time, in-person role offers hands-on experience in the assembly and packaging of high-quality beauty products in a factory and warehouse setting.
Shift Patterns
- Monday through Friday, 11PM to 7AM with a 30 minute lunch
- Optional overtime: Saturday and Sunday
Pay Rates
- 15.00 USD hourly
Essential Requirements
- Able to work standing for long periods of time
- Dependable and detail-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or factory environment
- Ability to commute to New Albany, OH 43054
Desirable Requirements
- Previous assembly or production experience is a plus
- Ready to learn and grow with our manufacturing and warehouse team
Role Responsibilities
- Work on a production line to assemble, inspect, and pack beauty products
- Perform quality control checks to meet brand standards
- Maintain speed and precision to meet daily production targets
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth factory operations
- Follow all safety and cleanliness standards in a warehouse setting
