Responsibilities

• Lead a high-volume, Michelin-level kitchen
• Execute refined French cuisine with precision and consistency
• Hire, train, develop, and motivate a large culinary team
• Maintain exceptional culinary, service, and operational standards
• Manage food and labor costs and drive financial performance
• Support events and onsite/offsite operations

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of culinary leadership experience
• Must have at least 1 Michelin-starred restaurant experience
• Strong French fine-dining background
• High-volume restaurant and events experience
• Proven leadership and team-development skills
• Strong cost-control and operational expertise
• Stable career history and polished professional presence
