The work: 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead data migration efforts and serve as the primary data migration analyst.
  • Oversee preparation of complex data queries.
  • Manage all stages of ETL: data extraction, transformation, loading.
  • Conduct data cleansing to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform complex data analysis, including trend identification, pattern recognition, linkage analysis, and anomaly detection.
  • Provide strategic planning and leadership throughout migration initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless transition between legacy and new systems.

Here is what you need:

  • US Citizen (Public Trust eligible)
  • 10+ years of professional experience in data engineering, data migration, or related fields.

  • Strong proficiency in building and optimizing complex queries.

  • Deep experience with ETL processes and data pipelines.

  • Advanced analytical skills in identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies.

  • Proven ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior leadership or senior-level ownership of end‑to‑end data migration projects.
  • Experience managing transitions between legacy and modern data systems.
  • Background in strategic planning for large-scale data initiatives.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level data quality, governance, and cleansing frameworks.



 

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:

$86,400—$176,200 USD
