Direct end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise programs, achieving targeted outcomes and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives 2. Develop and execute business cases, project plans, and revenue forecasts to maximize profitability and strategic growth 3. Oversee creation and management of Statements of Work (SOW), scope tracking, and change control to deliver projects within defined parameters 4. Manage program P&L, optimizing resource allocation and financial performance across multiple initiatives 5.
