Radiology - Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray) - $2470 per week.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: ER, ICU, bedside, and OR experience required. Community hospital experience is required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Fuji CR experience preferred. Teaching hospital experience is preferred.

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission.

Shift & Scheduling: No call.

Unit Details: General X-ray serves neonates, infants, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Daily caseload is 20 exams.

5 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
