Job Details

The Construction Project Engineer will support project managers and field teams throughout all phases of construction. This individual will play a key role in document control, subcontractor coordination, procurement tracking, budgeting support, and project administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Assist with project scheduling and budget tracking
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants
• Support procurement and material tracking efforts
• Participate in owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings
• Review drawings and specifications for project compliance
• Assist with change orders and project reporting
• Help ensure successful project delivery through closeout

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 1-4 years of commercial construction experience preferred
• Internship experience with a general contractor will be considered
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction technology platforms
• Desire to grow into a Project Manager role
