We’re Hiring Warehouse Operator I | Durham, NC

Pay Rate: $18.20 per hour | Weekly Pay

Schedule: Monday through Friday
Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Operator I to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This role involves material handling, forklift operation, inventory movement, and following established procedures to ensure safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move materials and products throughout the warehouse
• Support inventory, shipping, receiving, and material handling activities
• Read, interpret, and follow written instructions and documentation
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
• Perform basic math calculations and record operational data as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 6 months of forklift experience required
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend documents written in English
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
