Full job description

As a Student Success Coach and Mentor at City Year, you will serve in public schools to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth. Working on a diverse AmeriCorps team, you’ll provide in-class support, small-group and one-on-one tutoring, and mentoring that builds students’ confidence and skills. You’ll collaborate with teachers, track student progress, and help lead after-school and enrichment activities. City Year offers training, coaching, and a collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on social justice, leadership development, and personal growth.
