Full job description
As a Physical Therapist you will evaluate patients with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, or integumentary conditions, develop and adjust individualized treatment plans, and document care accurately. You will provide therapeutic interventions, support safe mobility, educate patients and families, plan discharges, coordinate with physicians and the care team, and follow all safety, infection control, and billing/documentation standards in an on-site clinical setting.
