Fairmont Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our clinical team.

Responsibilities
As the Director of Nursing, you will:
Lead and oversee all nursing operations within the facility
Supervise, mentor, and support Assistant Directors of Nursing, Nurse Managers, Charge Nurses, and nursing staff
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and maintain clinical excellence
Oversee staffing, scheduling, resident care planning, and quality improvement initiatives
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to provide coordinated, resident-centered care
Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote quality outcomes and regulatory compliance
Lead infection prevention efforts and ensure adherence to facility policies and best practices
Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and compassionate care
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in West Virginia or a compact state
Minimum of three years of nursing experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
Previous leadership experience as a Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, or similar role strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and clinical operations
Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Passion for serving seniors and developing high-performing clinical teams
Proficient computer and documentation skills
