865 Autos LLC is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in Lenoir City, Tennessee. This is a customer-facing, sales-driven role with a $16-$19 hourly base plus commission and performance bonuses. The shop offers a comfortable working environment with air conditioning and heat in the bays. The schedule is Monday-Friday with no weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer intake, vehicle write-ups, and repair orders through completion.
• Create and present estimates, maintenance recommendations, and repair recommendations.
• Explain recommended repairs and services in an educational, easy-to-understand way so customers understand why the work is recommended.
• Follow up with customers and obtain repair authorizations through phone, text, and email communication.
• Perform outbound customer calls and help schedule appointments.
• Present additional service opportunities and work toward an approximately $800 average repair order.
• Work directly with technicians to maintain clear communication and efficient workflow.
• Handle approximately 15 vehicles per day and help grow customer-pay business.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of service advisor or service writer experience REQUIRED
• Automotive-specific experience is not required when the candidate has relevant service writer experience.
• Familiarity with domestic, Asian, and European vehicle platforms is preferred.
• Tekmetric experience is preferred.
• Strong customer communication skills with the ability to explain repair recommendations and address customer objections professionally.
• Ability to stay organized, productive, self-sufficient, and work closely with technicians.

Compensation & Benefits

• $16-$19 per hour base pay.
• 2%-4% commission on gross profit, based on the responsibilities handled within the compensation plan.
• $4 for outbound calls that result in an appointment.
• $12 for appointments that show.
• Additional appointment-production bonus opportunities.
• Up to $300 monthly quality bonus based on defined performance factors.
• Additional fleet performance bonus opportunities.
• Approximately $85,000 annual earning potential based on the compensation plan and performance; actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed.
