Hiring for Test Technician

You'll play a critical part in preparing, coordinating, and executing engineering validation tests while supporting engineers in a fast-paced laboratory environment. If you enjoy working with cutting-edge equipment, analyzing data, and helping turn ideas into successful products.

Required Skills:

• Able to read and interpret blue print
• Read and interpret engineering sketches or drawings
• Strong computer etiquette

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and coordinate testing activities to support engineering projects.
• Schedule upcoming tests and ensure equipment is staged and ready for execution.
• Organize, maintain, and manage test fixture inventory.
• Conduct engineering tests and laboratory analyses under the guidance of Engineers and Technical Advisors.
• Collect, record, and prepare test results for reporting and data analysis.
• Collaborate with engineers and leadership to identify issues and contribute solutions.
• Assemble, orchestrate, and execute validation testing and support overall test lab operations.
• Maintain compliance with all safety standards and company policies.
• Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
