Responsibilities - Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant:

• Help customers select and purchase vehicles. Bring your 'A game' and a positive attitude to work every day!
• Learn about our products and keep abreast of current inventory
• Greet and assist customers in selecting a vehicle. Great communication and listening skills are key!
• Explain features and demonstrate performance on test drives
• Present vehicle pricing and incentives
• Follow up with customers to confirm their satisfaction and obtain referrals
• Prospect for new customers

Qualifications - Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant:

• Automotive sales experience is required. Luxury auto sales experience is preferred
• A goal-driven person of integrity that's motivated to succeed
• Commited to learn and work as a sales team participant
• A friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Able to self-manage your day-to-day sales plan activities
• Documented current / past sales volumes and PVR (Per Vehicle Retail) grosses
• Demonstrated outstanding customer satisfaction (CSI) history
