LVN Charge Nurse

Touchstone Communities is seeking a compassionate LVN Charge Nurse for day shifts in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. In this role, you’ll coordinate and deliver resident-centered clinical care, administer medications and treatments, oversee nursing assistants, and ensure accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, support care plans, communicate closely with residents and families, and model our faith-based, servant-leadership culture while promoting safety, dignity, and quality outcomes.
