Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Administrative Assistant to provide operational and administrative support to leadership teams and clinician-focused programs. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day administrative functions, managing logistics, supporting meetings and events, processing expenses, and ensuring a positive experience for clinicians and staff across the organization.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Job Description
- Provide administrative support to department leaders, including scheduling, calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting materials, document key discussions, and support committee activities.
- Manage office operations, including supply ordering, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
- Support onboarding and orientation activities by preparing materials and coordinating logistics for new clinicians.
- Process reimbursements and support continuing education and professional development-related activities.
- Assist with employee recognition programs, engagement initiatives, and departmental events.
- Maintain departmental records, communications, and documentation while ensuring a high level of organization and confidentiality.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and administrative support to leaders, clinicians, and team members.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Associate degree preferred.At least one year of applicable experience preferred.
