- Starting Salary: $27.69 - $30.77/hour ($55,795.35-$62,001.55 annually).
- Differentials: +10% for evening shifts; +20% for weekends.
- Bonuses: $1,500 sign-on for active Adjuster licensed candidates.

- What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Customer-facing Claims experience preferred.
- License: Active Adjusters license preferred.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills.
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.
- Experienced in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
