Shift: 3rd Shift, Sun - Thur. 11:45pm - 8am

Starting Hiring Rate: $25.09/hr plus $2/hr shift differential 

Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and passionate about precision? As a Machine Operator in our Finishing Department, you will lead equipment setups, run production orders, and perform continuous quality checks to keep manufacturing safe and efficient.

What You’ll Do

  • Machine Setups & Operation: Perform routine machine setups, changeovers, and run orders according to product specifications.

  • Troubleshooting & Quality Control: Inspect finished goods, monitor tolerances, and investigate root causes of equipment issues to minimize downtime.

  • Material Handling: Safely operate a tow motor/forklift to move packaging, finishing supplies, and complete inventory transactions.

  • Data Tracking & Process Improvement: Record operating metrics in MFG Pro, perform 5S audits, and participate in team problem-solving.

  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively across shifts and assist with peer training


What You Bring

  • Experience & Education: High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience

  • Technical Aptitude: Strong mechanical curiosity, ability to read specifications, and follow SOPs

  • Computer Literacy: Comfortable learning software; MFG Pro transactional skills preferred

  • Safety & Quality Focus: Commitment to safety rules, peer collaboration, and high quality standards

  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime as needed
