Norriton Square Nursing and Rehabilitation Center seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing, rehab, long-term care, and memory care units. The RN will complete assessments, develop and update care plans, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor resident conditions. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, support CNAs and LPNs, educate residents and families, and uphold strict clinical, safety, and infection control standards.
