Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation services in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on interventions to improve patients’ independence in activities of daily living, mobility, and cognition. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and support safe discharges.
