Job Description:

• Provides catering services for offsite events and functions.
• Inspect and verify all incoming food and supply deliveries for accuracy, quality, and compliance with sanitation standards.
• Organize and process invoices, requisitions, and bulk orders efficiently to support timely distribution across departments.
• Stock and rotate inventory in coolers, freezers, and storerooms using FIFO methods to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
• Maintain cleanliness all storage areas through daily sweeping, mopping, and sanitation checks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to report spoilage, discrepancies, or equipment issues promptly.
• Transports food items to various locations as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must have basic math skills. Able to communicate in English. [Required]
• Must have computer competency skills for email and online ordering. [Required]
• Good organizational skills [Required]
   

Education:

• High School Grad or Equiv [Preferred]
  

Work Experience:

• 1+ food service experience. [Required]
• Culinary training and experience [Preferred]
• Experience with online ordering software in the foodservice industry. [Preferred]
  

Licenses and Certifications:

• Driver's License (DL) [Required]
• Food Handler Certificate (FHC) [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$15.84 - $25.34
