Mission Health in Asheville, NC seeks a Labor and Delivery Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead and support high-quality, patient-centered maternity care. The Coordinator oversees daily clinical operations on the L&D unit, guiding RNs and support staff in implementing evidence-based practices and ensuring safe deliveries. Responsibilities include triage and intrapartum care, fetal monitoring, collaborating with OB providers and anesthesia, patient and family education, and rapid response to obstetric emergencies. This role also supports staff onboarding, competency development, quality initiatives, and interdisciplinary teamwork in a fast-paced, technologically advanced environment.
