Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities to improve safety, independence, and quality of life. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document progress accurately, educate patients and families, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered culture that values clinical excellence, dignity, respect, and professional growth.
