Perinatal Sonographer

Wellstar is seeking a Perinatal Sonographer to join our collaborative maternal-fetal medicine team. In this role, you will perform advanced perinatal and high-risk obstetric ultrasounds, adhering to established imaging protocols while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. You will partner closely with maternal-fetal medicine physicians, OB providers, and nurses to support diagnostic and treatment decisions. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining ultrasound equipment, ensuring image quality and safety, documenting findings in the EMR, educating and reassuring patients and families, and following regulatory and infection-prevention standards.
