Operating Room - Surgical Technologist - $1440 per week.

Shift: 11:00 AM - 11:30 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is preferred.

• Trauma Level 2 experience is required.

Requirements:

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Proficient in Ortho, Vascular, Neuro, Gen/Gyn, and Urology required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Recent travel work experience highly preferred.

Shift & Scheduling: Call requirement: 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month.

Unit Details: Responsibilities include confirming and assembling sterile instruments; ensuring supplies, equipment, and disposables are available and in working condition; anticipating the needs of the surgeon; maintaining and monitoring the sterile field; and keeping accurate counts of medications, sharps, instruments, and sponges. Equipment and disposables are assembled, cleaned, and sterilized for surgical procedures. Items on physician preference cards are verified.
