Avera Health is seeking a compassionate Outpatient Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, specializing in lymphedema care. In this role, you will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to improve function, reduce symptoms, and enhance quality of life for patients across the Upper Midwest. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and contribute to ongoing care planning.
