Registered Nurse, Labor & Delivery

Sierra Medical Center in El Paso, TX seeks a per diem Registered Nurse for Labor & Delivery. The RN provides compassionate, evidence-based care to mothers and newborns, including triage, labor support, fetal monitoring, medication administration, and immediate postpartum care. Responsibilities include assisting with vaginal and cesarean births, responding to obstetric emergencies, educating patients and families, and accurately documenting in the EHR. You’ll collaborate closely with OB providers and the care team in a fast-paced, technology-forward, patient-first environment that supports professional growth and clinical excellence.
