Mission Health seeks a Stepdown Overflow Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care for patients transitioning from critical care to med-surg. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, manage complex monitoring, and respond to changing conditions. Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, coordinating discharges, educating patients and families, and maintaining accurate documentation. The nurse will use advanced technology, follow evidence-based protocols, and support quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
