Diesel Mechanic / Truck & Trailer Technician

We’re looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic / Truck & Trailer Technician to help keep our trucks, trailers, and equipment running safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, repairs, welding, and working as part of a dependable team.

What You’ll Do
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair basic engine components
- Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- Change tires, adjust brakes, and repair lighting systems
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on trucks and trailers
- Complete and maintain accurate maintenance documentation
- Operate forklifts and move trucks and trailers as needed
- Perform welding and fabrication work
- Recommend equipment and process improvements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow OSHA requirements and established industrial safety procedures
- Assist with additional maintenance tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of truck, trailer, diesel, or related mechanical experience
- General knowledge of DOT truck maintenance requirements
- Strong welding and fabrication skills
- Basic electrical troubleshooting experience
- Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and blueprints
- Strong understanding of workplace safety requirements
- Ability to consistently lift 50+ lbs.
- Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
- Self-motivated with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility with working hours when needed
- Class A CDL is a plus, but not required
