Diesel Mechanic / Truck & Trailer Technician

We’re looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic / Truck & Trailer Technician to help keep our trucks, trailers, and equipment running safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, repairs, welding, and working as part of a dependable team.

What You’ll Do

  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair basic engine components
  • Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs
  • Change tires, adjust brakes, and repair lighting systems
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on trucks and trailers
  • Complete and maintain accurate maintenance documentation
  • Operate forklifts and move trucks and trailers as needed
  • Perform welding and fabrication work
  • Recommend equipment and process improvements
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Follow OSHA requirements and established industrial safety procedures
  • Assist with additional maintenance tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of truck, trailer, diesel, or related mechanical experience
  • General knowledge of DOT truck maintenance requirements
  • Strong welding and fabrication skills
  • Basic electrical troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and blueprints
  • Strong understanding of workplace safety requirements
  • Ability to consistently lift 50+ lbs.
  • Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
  • Self-motivated with strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility with working hours when needed
  • Class A CDL is a plus, but not required
