Overview

At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Client Benefits Administrator Senior to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for managing client relationships and ensuring their benefit plans run smoothly. You’ll work with a diverse group of colleagues and clients, helping to shape a future defined by excellence and collaboration.


How you'll make an impact

  • Be the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Handle complex and high-volume accounts, interpret plan rules to ensure compliance, and prepare clear, effective communications.
  • Lead special projects, analyze policies, and help develop benefit plans that align with current trends and regulations.
  • Your work will directly contribute to reducing risks and improving outcomes for our clients.

About You

Required:

  • High School diploma or equivalent + minimum of 4-5 years related experience.

Behaviors:

  • Experience managing client relationships and handling complex accounts.
  • A strong understanding of benefit plans, including group life, health insurance, retirement, and income continuation programs.
  • The ability to explain complex rules and policies in simple terms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for helping others succeed.
