Registered Nurse Inpatient Rehab

Ascension is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for our Inpatient Rehab unit. In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients recovering from illness, surgery, or injury. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary rehab team. You will educate patients and families on recovery goals, document care accurately in the EMR, and support a safe, healing environment.
