Trusted is seeking an experienced nurse for this exciting travel nursing assignment. Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Symmetry Workforce Solutions - Jefferson Health Program.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - 2 years CVICU experience required. - Teaching hospital experience is required. - Experience from a large teaching facility, not LTACH or critical access hospital. - Anticoagulation management.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - Previous Charge Experience: Preferred. - Shock management.

Unit Details: - Adult and geriatric patient population. - Shock management is focused on medication management. - Anticoagulation protocols vary by unit/diagnosis.

Shift & Scheduling: - No on call. - Every other weekend. - Every other holiday.

Floating Requirements: - Will be required to float to all critical care units, including MICU/SICU, open heart, cardiac ICU, trauma/neuro ICU, neuroscience ICU, and burn, or to MS or low level monitoring if needed. ICU ratio 1-2 or 3; MS and low level monitoring ratio up to 4 patients.

Details:

AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
