Mail Ballot Tech I

Our client, a government agency dedicated to ensuring fair and efficient elections, is seeking a Mail Ballot Tech I to join their team. As a Mail Ballot Tech I, you will be part of the Election Support Department supporting election technology operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mail Ballot Tech I

Location: Melbourne, FL

Pay Rate: $17.50hr

Shift: (8am-5pm and weekends)

What's the Job?

• Assist in operating Reliavote inserter and sorter equipment to process Mail Ballots for the 2024 Election Cycle
• Resupply feeders with paper materials for insertion into mailing envelopes
• Inspect all related materials for print imperfections and ensure quality control of finished products
• Support the processing of Mail Ballots and maintain a clean work environment
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support election operations

What's Needed?

• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
• Strong computer proficiency.
• Must live in Brevard County
• Must be a registered Voter before October 16th, 2026
• Must pass 7 year criminal background no misdemeanors or felonies
• Must pass 6 panel oral drug test
