We are expanding our clinical team and seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Inpatient Psychiatrist to support adult and geriatric patients in our 32-bed inpatient facility in Lubbock, Texas.

Position Highlights
Location: Lubbock, TX (Onsite)
Setting: 100% Inpatient
Employment: W2 or 1099
Role: Staff Psychiatrist or Medical Director (leadership opportunity)
Compensation & Benefits
- $300,000-$350,000

Schedule
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Call: 1 week on / 3 weeks off
- Call is phone-based
Clinical Practice
- 3–5 psychiatric evaluations daily
- Medication management & crisis stabilization
- Active collaboration with multidisciplinary team
- EMR: WellSky
- Dictation: Dragon / Dictation Cloud
- Strong support staff including 24/7 nursing and 3 NPs
Requirements
- Must work onsite in Lubbock
- Eligible for Texas medical license
- Experience with adult/geriatric inpatient psychiatry preferred
- Physician: MD or DO
