Join the compassionate care team at The Terraces of Phoenix, a premier HumanGood Life Plan Community, where your skills and dedication help create a vibrant, supportive environment for older adults. We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team and make a meaningful difference in residents’ daily lives.
**Full-time ** $42 - $53/hr. (DOE)
** Schedule: Week 1 - Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Week 2 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday -2:00 PM - 10:00PM

Working closely with a collaborative care team, you will support residents’ health and well-being while fostering an environment that respects everyone’s daily rhythms and preferences. In this role, you will:
- Provide attentive nursing care that reflects our Philosophy of Person-Directed Care
- Help create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for residents, staff, and visitors
- Coordinate assignments with care partners to ensure excellent resident care
- Support and hold team members accountable for quality care and resident satisfaction
- Monitor resident needs and respond with compassion and professionalism
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- PointClickCare (PCC) charting software experience
- A minimum of 6 months RN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (current or recent)
- Current/prior experience in post-acute, sub-acute, or senior care nursing strongly preferred
- Current CPR certification
