Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our long-term care and post-acute community. The LPN will provide hands-on nursing, administer medications and treatments, monitor conditions, and document in the EHR while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
