Home Health Occupational Therapist

Optimal Care is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to patients in their homes. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve daily living skills, safety, and independence.
