Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to deliver evidence-based speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to maximize functional outcomes. Responsibilities include patient/family education, accurate documentation, participation in team conferences, and contributing to a supportive, high-quality, and patient-centered care environment with opportunities for professional growth.
