Full job description
Quality Manager 1st shift
$75,000-$90,000
Trulite is GROWING! We are looking for a Quality Manager to be based at our Fort Worth, TX location.
The Quality Manager is accountable for monitoring and supporting the manufacturing activities to produce a quality product that meets or exceeds our customers’ expectations through continued review and analysis of quality and production process.

- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills You Bring:
- Minimum of five years’ hands-on “on the plant floor” experience managing Quality Control/ Operational Standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
- Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Actively pursue learning goals for added opportunities in growth and development in production and quality.
- Skills to contribute to continued process improvement updating and writing new process procedures.
- Experience creating and understanding of workflow, employee relations and processes through hands-on experience with production equipment and working with production supervisor.
- Experience in training, motivating, and instructing employees engaged in process improvement, documenting, and recording activities.
- Knowledge of glass fabrication, insulation, and laminating is a plus!
